Yasuo's Sweeping Blade and Last Breath
I tried AP Yasuo in a custom game and found that Sweeping Blade and Last Breath didn't apply Spellblade on Lich Bane, Sheen, Trinity Force, and Iceborn Gauntlet.

What do you mean 'apply'?
Do you mean inflict damage onto the opponent? Or activate in general. Both abilities aren't auto attacks, so they wouldn't apply damage, and due to the timing between firing your knock up and using Last Breath or because you can use Steel Tempest while in the middle of Last Breath, I imagine you may just have missed the timing on Spellblade when it comes to Last Breath and didn't notice it.
