[CLIENT] Getting kicked out of lobby (ranked) while I still have some time

Hello, I have encountered this problem two times, while I was picking champion in ranked draft mode. I still had some time (5 second more or less), but i got kicked out of lobby for timeout. LeaverBuster recognised me as leaver and banned me. First time for 5 minutes and second time for half an hour. I also lost some points. I do not know, if it is problem of client or bad interned, but it realy downed my mood.

This has happened to me a few times recently as well. I'm locked out right now on a 5 min timer when the client booted me with 30 seconds left to pick. It wouldn't be so frustrating except it also lost my promos for me. Please riot, this game is really good but way too many bugs for a game thats been around so long. Sometimes I think I spend more time in lobbys and loading screens than in games and i'm starting to think maybe a high number of the "dodgers" I see aren't actually dodging but are getting booted out of the lobbys for some reason.
