Ranked wins not registering

I'm not sure whether this is the best way to get help but I haven't recieved a reply from my support ticket yet. I was in my promos and 2 games I played didn't count. I don't want to play because worried that I might now lose my promos when I should have already completed it. I started the day with 47 lp in plat 3, lost my 1st game then won 7 in a row. I've been on a win streak before this so I am gaining 20+ lp per win. According to those calculation I should be 1 win into plat 2 like 20 lp. But I am still on plat 3 promos with 1 win. What should I do? I want to continue my grind for diamond before the season ends.
