Static Shiv & Shaco Passive

I was trying out Crit Shaco (I know AP is better right now but i kinda wanted to get a feel for the old Shaco again) and I noticed something. I got an IE and Shiv and on a back-stab crit my shiv wouldn't crit as well. Then I tried with a basic attack crit and the shiv crit would proc. when i back-stabbed it must have its own crit chance even though its guaranteed with Shaco's new passive.

Is this intended or a bug?

You mean, Shiv didn't crit? Not Shiv didn't proc? The way you're wording it is that the Statikk Shiv attack did not proc on auto, which I can confirm that it does indeed proc on auto when autoing out of Deceive into a Backstab.

To answer the question I'm assuming you were trying to ask; Yes, it's intended. Only the auto is a critical strike. Items such as Statikk Shiv have their own chance to critically strike, based off of your critical strike.
