with Guinsoo's Rageblade ,normal attack give 2 stack,so with sated devourer a normal attack it must stack 2+1/2(sated devourer)= 3/4 stack? am i right?pls fix this asap or Sated Devourer become useless
The stacks of Guinsoo's Rageblade build on-attack, not on-hit.
Even if your basic attack applies on-hit effects multiple times, it will still only count as a single attack when stacking Rageblade.
Another item with a similar interaction is Runaan's Hurricane; it will release additional bolts on-attack, not caring about on-hit effects.
