[Gameplay] Rek'sai ult proc problem

Played a game of new Rek'sai today, and while playing noticed her burrowed Q never marked a target. I chased a Rakan and hit him with at least three Q's and ult was off cool down, but I never was able to trigger R. Pretty sure this is a bug.
