Mac Client Frozen Camera Bug

I'm pretty frustrated because I keep getting a Mac Client Camera bug and it's costing me time and LP. Basically there's a chance when I load into a game that my camera will be frozen on the base spawn area. I can move my champion outside the field of view but the camera won't follow them.

No, I'm not playing in locked mode (I never do). Typically I have to relog to fix the problem but it's really a 50/50 chance I boot in before my team chooses to remake and I get hit with an LP loss. I have no idea what to do and it drives me crazy. I'm 90% sure it's because I'm using the Mac Client.

How to reproduce:

Be using the Mac Client and have a browser window open before a game. Typically this is what triggers it although I've had it happen with no browser open.
