Champion Select as First Pick doesn't load

Hi,

Second time in a row of being a first pick in Champion Select, Ranked Solo/Duo, the champion select lobby doesn't load. All you get is "Loading" dialog, sounds seem to work, everything black. Hence I got it twice, tested two solutions: a) do nothing, wait- you'll get kicked out of the lobby for "no activity"; lost LP, lost match (in series); b) exit by clicking "cancel"- you'll get penalty for leaving, lost match (in series);

All in all, best thing is to get punished for bugs in your own game. Also, your first line support is just ridiculous with their answers on this issue.
