Hextech key disappear

today i got 4 hextech key shards, and im forge it in to a key, when im doing forge, and the key already show on screen a button "add to loot" at bottom, a game has been found, i didnt click "add to loot" after i go in to the game, someone dodge. when i back to hextech system, the key disappear, now i have only 1 key shard and no key, the 3 shard disappear. step: 1.have 3 hextech key shard. 2.forge it 3. when forge it , a game found 4 someone dodge the game 5.back to system key shard disappear.

this is first time it happened to me
