Bugs in PBE

When playing sometimes the auto attack animation goes off the projectile travels but the damage does not occur. This has happened in serveral games.

I played and I had 5 kills and no deaths upon purchase of Majai's Soulstealer I had 5 stack. Further when gaining stacks they increase from 5, etc. I do not believe this is the intended effect of the item although, i think its cool. PBE 11.12.14
