[CLIENT] Match History Doesn't Log Purchase Order

... if you leave the base after your first spawn without purchasing any items.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load into any game mode of League of Legends
2. Wait the 15 seconds to leave your base if it is gated, without purchasing starting items
3. ???
4. For the remainder of the game, your purchase history will not be recorded in the match history client only, you can still undo in the game itself.

Odd bug, but I figured I'd report it.
