[GAMEPLAY] Eternum Rek'Sai burrowed range indicator circles disappearing and reappearing

The circles that indicate W knock-up radius and tremor sense radius appear and disappear at a constant rate. This only happens with the Eternum skin. It doesn't happen on the default skin or the pool party skin.

How to replicate:

1. Use eternum rek'sai and burrow

This bug always happens to me when I use this skin.
