Twisted Treeline Needlessly Large Rod Unpurchasable.

I am unable to purchase this for Luden's Echo on The Twisted Treeline (3v3). My assumption is that Luden's Echo isn't supposed to be there. However, it still needs fixing either way. I was using Cho'Gath if anyone else was able to purchase. Going into the Item Sets category says that Needlessly Large Rod isn't available on The Twisted Treeline. However, it shows up there. Luden's Echo has no limitations.

There are multiple threads on this but they are spread out or on the bottom.
