i was buying some rp and i made calculations so that i would get what i want and when i was done i noticed that i didn't have enough. so i went back and then it was because when i bought rp it deleted the rp i had already. pls help
You can try logging out and back in. Sometimes the client bugs out and knows you have something but doesn't display properly - exiting often fixes the issue.
If not - contact Riot support. It would help if you had purchase history and preferably a screenshot from before the RP Purchase that showed your prior balance. Although I'd imagine Riot can track it anyways. Just if they say you didn't have it - they're probably right and it probably won't help to keep arguing (although if you're sure you're welcome to try).
