Yorick End Game damage Bugg?

End of game not sure if it happens in summoners rift, but in two aram games where theres a yorick the damage to champs figures are sooo wrong im sure its yorick because the first time i lost to a yorick and the other time we lost with a yorick but stilll the damage was wayyyy oveer and not right. its nothing big just the end game figures.
