Client bug. Gifting animation no longer works

The link includes a video of the issue. Riot support on twitter also verified the bug, and asked that I report it here.

Basically the cool treasure chest animation when receiving or gifting skins is no longer there. It's just a small dialogue window. Plus, if you are the one receiving the skin it goes directly into your notification shade. It doesn't even provide a popup to the person receiving. So they may not ever know they have a skin waiting for them. Please fix and bring back the greatness. It's the simple things. All on the alpha client of course.

Oh and as a side note. My IP claims I have a certain amount but it's actually a lot lower than what the number says. It won't reset itself. So if it says I have 1350 and I go to buy a champion it says I don't have that much. It's roughly 300-400 IP off what the client claims I have. No issue like this with the RP counter.
