My friend was launching LOL NA server overseas with a Windows 8.1 laptop, there is no problem in PVP.net.
However when he got to the loading screen, the window automatically moved to bottom-left side of his screen.
He tried to reinstall LOL but the problem is still there.
He was normally playing LOL as usual last week but he can't now.
Is this a patch problem or something else?
CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHATS THE PROBLEM?

Might be a bug then, you should contact support. ;_; that's the only idea I could think of, unless you have a tv compatable with computers, use it as a second monitor, and access the apply button through that.
