Game Window Bug

My friend was launching LOL NA server overseas with a Windows 8.1 laptop, there is no problem in PVP.net.

However when he got to the loading screen, the window automatically moved to bottom-left side of his screen.

He tried to reinstall LOL but the problem is still there.

He was normally playing LOL as usual last week but he can't now.

Is this a patch problem or something else?

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHATS THE PROBLEM?

Hm, did he try turning the game to windowed (not borderless) and manually dragging it? Or going fullscreen?

changing the display to FULL SCREEN fixes an issue I sometimes have but i dont think its the same issue as this one
