When ulting as vi she slowly walks up to the target unable to auto attack or press Q. She is stuck in this state for a short while. Smite could be casted during the bug, similar to her regular ult. I have no idea what caused the bug so i instead brought a video to show how it happened. I have never had this bug happen to be before.

It might be because you have 20 fps, which is very low. Your pc might not be able to handle everything thats going on in a team fight and results in some weird lag.

it looked to me like you got bugged because poppy ult was meant to hit you too. but since your ult is unstoppable you just slowed down
