Playing Sion couldnt do my q [Gameplay] summoner's rift

In the "how to report a bug" article you said to do a couple of things so ill follow that rule: so i was playing summoners rift on draft as Sion (it says its in beta), and I was playing him as a tank. I tried to do my q many times. I did do it one time but after that i tried to do it, and it just played the sound of when i haddent unlocked it but it was maxed... I don't play Sion a lot so i don't know how often it occurs so I only did because my team needed a tank... I do think we could have one the game if I had my q i have played Sion before the update and I know it didnt do it thank you ~sword593
