No mastery being in-game when selected( LEGACY CLIENT)

So I use the legacy client but ever since today, I played only 3 games with my masteries not being in use even though I have them selected and saved? also will note that when I tried changing and saving, it comes up telling me that there's an unexpected error. Can anybody help me fix this problem?
