[CLIENT] Shop Not Opening

Every time I try and get on the shop in the client it takes a really long time to load any of the pages if it even loads a page. I've tried loading the skin page, the champion page and also the rune page. And I just get an error message. I have tried opening the shop on different wifi's and have still found the same problem. Also my friend can't open his either. We wanna use our riot points! lol I have literally tried everything to see if it was my computer or the wifi. And nothing's really worked.
