Didn't recieve honor capsule

When I logged into League today, it showed that I got an honor capsule. I clicked ok, this was during the time when the hextech crafting system was down so I had to wait a bit. Then when hextech crafting came back up it wasn't there. I reloaded League and it still wasn't there. I'm assuming it had something to do with the hextech crafting system being down, but I'm just really not sure what happened to it.
