[8.13] PLAYING AS TARIC CAUSES STUTTERING

Hello, 8.13, EUW, in-game bug: Playing as Taric causes stuttering in the game, despite my fps being OK (always at 144, min. settings), i tried with other champs and i had no problem, so it has to do with Taric.
