Chat broken

My client chat refuses to connect. I can't see my friends, and in champ select, there's just a permanent 'Connecting...' message in the chatbox.

I have the same exact issue. In game everything works fine. However, none of my chats in my client work. I can't message friends, chat in lobbies, chat in queue, nothing.

I'm also experiencing this issue... Being unable to see what any of my friends are up to is really frustrating.
