Item Muramana Display Bug

I played a few games as Ezreal and built muramana. And I noticed that if i die when muramana is activated, it shows deactivated when i reborn, but in fact it is still activated. So I have to toggle it twice ( first time deactivate it and 2nd time activate it) But I haven't tried this item with other champions yet, not sure if this happens to other champions.
