[Gameplay] Lux e bug caused me to unfairly lose the match.

Bug: Game wanted me to detonate lux e, but It wasnt able to detonate, as it wasn't on the map. This ultimately caused me to lose the game unfairly because I had no damage or slow with lux.

While I cannot provide step by step instructions, I believe what happened is that I got silenced by fiddlesticks and Vi ulted or something at the same time while being tower dived mid game. I don't know if you guys are able to watch a replay of my game, but it may help you guys figure out what caused it.

I have provided a video of the bug. It was me in a ranked match unable to cast e. Thank you to whoever handles these bugs and I have a small request that I receive a lost prevented or have a 14lp refund added to my account. I hope you guys are able to find out what caused this! Cheers!
