Mana Regen per level Runes

The blue mana regen per level runes go up .06 a level and end at 1.2 at level 18. The yellow mana regen per level runes go up .065 a level and end at 1.17 at level 18. Since .065 is larger than .06, I'd think the seals would end at a higher place than the glyphs. Just wondering if this is a typo or in the actual game program. Also, sorry if this was in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to post it.
