[GAMEPLAY] Invisible jinx ult and cursor position issues with zoom-out ultimates

I have been playing a lot of jinx lately, and I have noticed that in some of the games, either when I'm playing jinx or even an enemy, the jinx ultimate is invisible, only the explosion, after it already hits is visible, this is not in all my games, so I have no idea how this would be reproduced, but I have noticed that the bug is there, sometimes my teammates cant see it either, other times it's just for me that it is invisible.

As for a second bug that I have come across, I have had games in which the zoomed-out ultimates (jinx's and xerath's) while aiming my cursor for the individual shots, sometimes it started moving slightly on his own, like small circles of some kind, while I'm just moving my mouse in a straight line, resulting in my cursor sort of drawing circles on top/ around my targets while aiming for those ultimate abilities.

I hope I'm not the only one with these issues so that this problem could be confirmed though. Overall great gaming experience gameplay-wise.
