Cant find any refund on my old runes and page

Hi All,

I quit the game after season 4 and come back for teamfight tactics, one thing I noticed is the old rune and page is gone and replaced.

I saw some of the thread there is a refund on the runes and page, I almost have all the old runes and with 20 runes page when I quit, But I didnt saw any refund on it, is that a bug or I way pass the reclaim period?
