[GAMEPLAY] Tahm with Jinx

While playing support I discovered I could not use my (W) to devour my ADC I thought maybe it was glitched until death so when I died then tried to do it again with no results. I also found out it was only that I could not devour D: The ability was working on the rest of the champions just not poor
