Low Priority Queue not working

I have 20 minute queue for repeadetly leaving games early. However, after 20 minutes of waiting, instead of entering the regular queue, nothing happens and when i try to queue up again, i get 20 minutes of queue again. Either this is some kind of sadistic experiment, or a really annoying bug preventing me from playing your game which i assume you don´t want to happen.
