Sion W Passive Bug (Gameplay)
I was playing a game as Sion where I my W's passive wasn't giving me any health whatsoever. I checked it about every 5 cs and it stayed at 0 the entire game.

Was it your first game with Sion? My first game with him had the same outcome, yet every game thereafter it worked. Several friends had the same problem.
That was my second game as him. First game his passive worked just fine.
