Runeglave Bug Report.

I'm sorry if this is vague but I would like to report a bug with Runeglave. I was playing a ranked game as Twisted Fate when i started to lag. I reconnected a couple times but was still lagging so I just continued to play with the lag. After getting a kill and dying (my screen froze for a solid 15 seconds after this happened after which I appeared dead in base) I noticed that the sheen that was already in my inventory could be turned into a runeglave. I was confused since I didn't have smite so I purchased it just to see if it was a visual bug. It wasn't a visual bug, The item appeared in my inventory and then a few seconds disappeared but it did not refund my sheen or my gold.
