Double Kindred in Team Builder Crashes Client

My friend and I started a Team Builder and two Kindreds popped up. One in jungle. One in top. My friend accepted them and we ended up with 2 Kindreds on our team. The client crashed shortly after the game was supposed to start, giving us an error message and booting us out of the game. When we try to start a new game, it says that we are currently in a game and gives us the reconnect button which does not connect us to a game.
