whenever me and my friends try to purchase riot points we get the same message , we don't use the same card or anything like that we just had this problem for the past few weeks , can anyone help us please ?

From what I've read this occurs for one of two reasons: Putting in the card number wrong multiple times, so the system stops it. Other reason is if a card that was previously used and was charged back is used again.
