[GAMEPLAY] Graves: Champion Icon Teleports Across Minimap

A few games ago I was jungling on blue side against an enemy Graves jungle. I had our red buff warded when about 3 minutes into the game I saw Graves' champion icon near our red on the minimap (I didn't check if his actual champion model was there too). I pinged our team notifying them of his whereabouts. A few seconds later his icon showed near the lane bush top; he was in fact top to gank our top laner.

Initially I thought I may just have imagined it when a few games later I noticed the same bug in Melyn's (a NA Zyra main) stream (see the attached link). In the first screenshot Graves' champion icon (again, not sure about his champion model) appears in the river between mid lane and dragon at around 00:57:50 into the stream. In the second shot Graves' icon shows in the river topside heading toward top lane around 00:57:51, just a second later. Later on in the game it shows Graves champion model is in fact top lane. I'm not sure as to what causes this bug, and while it may seem minor I found it quite disconcerting. Our bot had begun moving toward our red to collapse on Graves while our top laner thought he was safe from a gank, which turned out to be the opposite case.

I would assume it could happen in fog of war, perhaps his gun is coded off screen on the map. So when he reloads the animation comes from a place on the map an inventory of sorts.

So when not visibly on the map perhaps if you had vision of this reload inventory spot that loads his gun on map you would get a brief glitch of his model. But I can ensure that I have seen multiple times with multiple champs show up in fog of war.

Ping it only to have them show up somewhere impossible and that is also a known glitch...but this one in particular seems to pertain to Graves.

My guess like I said is ammo recharge comes from a set place on the map...as to not interact directly...and it appears it can only happen when Graves is in fog of war often.

It's a long shot but it's something.
