Yorick Q Bugged

I've been playing against the new yorick rework recently, and no this isn't a thread on how stupid I think he is, but I'm pretty sure his Q is bugged. I primarily play riven top, so u use my w often to trade obviously. The problem is that every time I try to use it to cancel yoricks q, be it mid cast or even sometimes before it ALWAYS goes through. Cant tell if its just rivens W or if that applies for all stuns, but last time I checked that's not the intended interaction. For example when fiora uses her e, I can stop it. Super annoying and takes out the little counter play he needs to have.
