Kicked from ranked game

So I was playing a ranked game today when my ping spiked to 500 which it never does and nothing was responding. So I decided to leave the game and when I went to join back, I couldn't. Normally it says connect back to the game but it never said that and took me to the home page. Is this going to count as a loss on ranked and what happened?
