[CLIENT] Blocking someone during any game on Howling Abyss does not progress to post game chat

Description of Issue/ Bug:

Blocking someone during any game type played on Howling Abyss does not progress to post game chat; noticed issue in early November 2014. (It used to work in May 2014). Blocking works properly during the game but not afterwards.

This bug may or may not be occurring on other maps such as the SR or TT- I have not had to block someone on other maps recently nor noticed this bug/issue.

Reproducibility:

100% of the time when I blocked someone during game, we were able to interact with each other during the post game chat.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Block Someone during the game.
  2. Talk during the post game chat: all parties regardless whether they were blocked during game or not can talk with each other.

You're not talking about the Mute function in-game, right?

I've typed ignore name and clicked the icon during in game and the client gave me the intended result while in game all the time. However, regardless of method, the blocked status is not progressing to post game.
