Loaded into game and the scoreboard was messed up, champion health bars were gone.

All you have to do to replicate it is load in the game and be unlucky enough to get it. I managed to fix it by leaving and coming back to the game but by then my lane phase was hurt pretty badly.

This was my second game of the day, first game had no problems at all in normals this game was a ranked game. The scoreboard had the 5 champions on each team stacked on top of one slot and if I tried to move them off they would snap back. Champion health/mana bars were completely nonexistent
