[Client] Noxian Diplomacy's Target Range is Incorrectly Listed

I was just admiring the new champion information page in the alpha/beta client and I noticed that Talon's Q range is listed as 10k range, when it's really 550 (ranged)/170 (melee)! Just a slight bit of misinformation, but it'd be nice to jump THAT far. [slayer-jinx-wink]

Edit: I also just noticed that the cooldown on the ability is listed as 0 seconds.
