Urgot and Conqueror bug

So I know Urgot is ranged and Conqueror does not work on Urgot when it comes to refreshing, but his w which applies all on hit effects except from critical hits will not apply the true damage from Conqueror. I know the rune isn't necessarily meant for Urgot, but it can be decent for him if this is fixed. The link above is not me personally using it, but if need be, I can make one to prove it's still live in this patch. Would really like to see this fixed to see if it could be good.
