Ranged Champions w/ Press the Attack stacks Black Cleaver twice

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pick ranged (Kalista)
2. Select Press the Attack, build blade of the ruined king, hurricane, and Black Cleaver
3. Note black cleaver stacks twice every auto attack.
