[CLIENT] ARAM summoner spells in classic

What the title says, I had the aram summ spells showing up in classic blind pick normals. Snowball was grayed out and i couldn't select it and tele and smite were not available. had to dodge as I was playing jg. e/ now i have dodge timer sadface
