For real.. FIX THIS avast crap

3 days and not a single update on WHY this is happening. I completely uninstalled avast.

Can we At least get a god damned tweet? Any kind of community response? ANYTHING?

I put in a ticket about this 4 days ago and it has not even been opened.

I've done the Avastclear.exe thing about 5 times, and it still disconnects. I don't see anything for Avast anywhere in my program files. I even turned off all windows firewalls, and I still get disconnected. Worst part, my ticket was answered with a generic "look at the Avast solution we already posted".

Similar to the Mac Voice Chat issue, Riot has to contact Avast to solve the problem. The speed at which the issue is resolved relies on how quickly Avast responds.

No. NOOOO! NO! Avast isn't the issue. Because people without it are experiencing this problem.

No avast, I selectively cannot load passed 10% in the load screen, it works about 85% of the time fine, but then i just sometimes get stuck there and i can't do anything, ran the game as admin, restarted client, restarted router, computer, nothing.

All i can do is force my team to play it out until they can surrender by spamming reconnect.

I actually think you're right. for any1 having this issue i'd recommend running a Tracert to Riot's servers. (you can see how this is done on their own Hextech site with the needed Ip's. i've found there's nothing wrong on my side but once the Trace Route tries to go beyond my own home to the EUW Server it just drops dead. Even weirder, this only happens when i ping the EUW servers and not the NA (i could probably play fine on NA right now with a decent ping of 50-100. but yes its definitly a Firewall/Avast problem xD and not Riot's servers.... Honestly i think its partly because of firewalls but its not within our reach to really do anything. I'm currently waiting on a fix, i can't fix/repair that which i can't touch and/or what is between me and Riot's Servers..
