[Client] Game freezes in champ select and then kicks you

When I get into a champ select I can see what everyone does for a few seconds and then it freezes. Then it unfreezes and shows everybodys bans and picks before me at a high speed. Then I get kicked for not picking anybody (or banning) and now I have a 30 min ban on my hands. By the way when it's frozen I can still talk to a friend through direct message. I've already had to wait an hour in ban cause of this. Feelsbadman*[zombie-nunu-bummed]*

Similarly, i tried to join a game, but after i hit 'Accept', a message popped up i got kicked out of the queue because i didn't select an option and right away saw another message box bottom right saying 'Active game not found'. Then i tried to find another game and another message popped up saying i was already in a match. Only on the third try did i get placed in the queue. Time dilation is a pain in the bum.
