"Problem with instalation" multiple times causing an afk warning + low priority queue

So since you have released AR URF to public servers, I have got this error message 3 times, kicking me from the very beggining of the game and causing me to have penalities. Can you at least make it not a penality if someone has a bug splat and actually sends an error message? it is really sad.

I AM SO GLAD I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.

It just did it to me for the second time and kicked me from my game as it repairs the client.

WHY DOES A BUG ISSUE CAUSE THIS THING TO COMPLETELY REDOWNLOAD THE CLIENT. JUST DETECT THE ISSUE AND FIX THAT ONLY.

But seriously what's happening. I need to know. Because it always happens on a match where I get a champ I want to play.
