[CLIENT] TeamBuilder, unable to create lobby after broken lobby.

So I was trying to play a TramBuilder game with a friend of mine when we noticed we both were limited in champion selection, all the champions we own showed up but could only select one, in my case I could only select Akali. Then when I hit ok I got Galio's skins, I told my friend I would kill the lobby as it seems to have just been a broken lobby, we get those all the time. Then after that I could also not be added to a TB group. Really weird bug.
