{Client} Ready in AFK checker bug for dynamic queue

There have been 2 different incidents where I selected the ready button, it turned orange and told me that it was waiting on others, then it returned me to lobby saying I didn't click it. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, I've had this happen to me twice in a row. Really annoying
