Help I received priority queue even though im not at fault!

So this happened about maybe a week or two ago, I was trying to play a game with my friend and we noticed that both of us could not connect to the game at all, and that our clients had repeatedly kept crashing. It continued to keep crashing every time we attempted to get in game our team has voted to (remake) and now I have a 20 minute priority queue for the the next 5 games because of something that wasn't my fault! The crashing continued for me friend when he attempted to play another game and i cant even play a game without this stupid 20 minute wait.
